Mona Soliman
Soliman has over a decade-long experience in different sectors of theater: acting, dancing, physical theater, singing.
She participated in a number of contemporary dance performances staged within the theater festivals in Egypt and internationally such as Avignon Theatre Festival (France), SIFA (Singapore), FIND (Germany), SWIMP (Sweden), among others.
As a cultural manager, Soliman worked as troupes’ coordinator in the National Theatre Festival in Egypt (four editions: 2012-2015). Other positions include co-executive director of Cairo International Festival for Experimental Theater, CIFET (2016 and 2017 editions) head of the performance and troupe community in CIFET (2020 and 2021 editions), school theater supervisor for Sharjah Theater Department at the Sharjah School Theater Festival, UAE (three editions: 2018-2020).
Omar Shoqeer
Egyptian performer, and a graduate of law department, Cairo University. As an artist, he launched his career in 2009, participating in many theatrical performances, such as All Dreams, Joan of Arc, Cairo 2090, Snow City. He has also participated in numerous dance performances and workshops, such as Maalish choreographed by Mirette Michel.
Shoqier is one of the founders and directors of an independent theater group Act Two. The company produced a number of performances, including 4 Seasons, Incomplete Alliteration, among others.
He led numerous workshops in performing arts in the field of acting, directing, theater management, cultural management, some of them being executed in cooperation with the British Cultural Center and Mahatat Foundation. His cultural management activities including artistic supervision and choreographing shows for children in KidZania Cairo.
He participated in Rise Up events with his project. He also worked as an assistant stage manager for some theatrical performances at the DCAF Festival activities and was the executive director of the Room Art Space for two years.
Passant Elbadrawy
A cultural operator, trainer, with a 7-year experience in project management, Elbadrawy made a career shift from digital marketing and content creation to the field of development in 2015, becoming the Program Officer of Tamasi Performing Arts Collective. Elbadrawy’s scope includes management of the Capacity Building Program from coordination; identifying needs; developing modules; developing partnerships in addition to conducting trainings in communication skills, fundraising and proposal writing. She is also a fundraiser and written winning proposals for Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA), the British Council, the EU, as well as the EED.
Esraa Tareq
Esraa Tareq is a skilled social media specialist and projects coordinator with a focus on the arts. With a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, Esraa effectively manages social media campaigns and develops engaging content to promote artistic endeavors. Her expertise extends to project coordination, where she excels in organizing and overseeing various initiatives within the arts industry. Esraa’s attention to detail, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills contribute to her success in driving online engagement and ensuring project success. With a passion for both social media and the arts, Esraa is dedicated to supporting artistic endeavors and creating impactful online experiences.
